Arco del Diavolo, Via Cacciona, 63822 Porto San Giorgio FM, Italy. Arch of the devil of Porto San Giorgio gives access to the interior of the village. Legend has it, that after sunset, you can't cross the arch, as the devil himself usually shows up and frightens passers-by.

Strolling along the waterfront of the Grottammare promenade, on a day in mid-October, still warm but with an eastern wind, makes one think of the sculptures of Pericle Fazzini, The Wind Sculptor. The Levant On The Adriatic Sea, The Levant is the east wind. The name means East, East "from where the sun rises". It is often a moderate wind, which brings clouds.

The Adriatic Sea, my sea, I am in Porto San Giorgio, a seaside village overlooking the Adriatic Sea, here I learned to swim and fish with my father to sail, here every summer from sunrise to sunset, when I can, I am swimming, I am always informed how much wave there is that temperature at the water. When I can't swim, I stroll along the promenade accompanied by the echoes of the waves on the shore and by the taste of salt air, when I'm not here, my thoughts turn to My Adriatic Sea.
